Purple+ Pricing: How to Pick the Best Duration

Purple+ lets you choose how long to prepay: 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. The duration you pick changes how much you effectively pay each month, so it is worth thinking about before you renew.

The 50 Mbps example

Here is how pricing works on the 50 Mbps Purple+ plan:

• 3 months: ₹1,797 (₹599/month)
• 6 months: ₹3,504 (₹584/month)
• 9 months: ₹5,211 (₹579/month)
• 12 months: ₹6,588 (₹549/month)

Choosing 12 months instead of renewing every three months saves around ₹600 over a year at this speed — more than the cost of an extra month.

Higher speeds follow the same pattern

Every speed tier — 50, 100, 200 and 300 Mbps — gets a similar discount on longer durations. Open the plan selector on the Plans page, choose your speed and switch between durations to compare the total and the monthly equivalent instantly.

Why longer durations cost less

Providers save on billing, collection and churn when customers commit for longer, and pass part of that saving back as a lower monthly equivalent price. You also deal with fewer renewals and reminders.

When a shorter duration makes sense

• You are new to the area and want to try the service first.
• You expect to move house in the next few months.
• Cash flow this month matters more than the long-term saving.

There is nothing wrong with starting on three months and switching to a longer duration at renewal once you are sure.

Upgrading mid-plan
