Acceptable & Fair Usage Policy

Truly unlimited

UbiFi home plans have no fair-usage data limit — we will not reduce your speed after you use a certain amount of data.

Not permitted

• Reselling or sharing the connection outside your home (unless on a business plan that allows it).
• Running commercial servers or hosting services on home plans.
• Spam, malware distribution, hacking, DDoS attacks or other abusive activity.
• Accessing or distributing content that is illegal in India, including material blocked under the IT Act.
• Tampering with equipment or network settings provided by UbiFi.

Network management

To protect all customers we may block traffic that is clearly malicious, such as attacks or malware command-and-control, and respond to lawful orders from authorities.

Breaches

We may warn, suspend or terminate service for serious or repeated breaches of this policy, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
