What the offer includes

Returning customers can save two months on Purple+ plans. Depending on the duration you choose, the saving is applied either as extra validity or as an equivalent discount. It works best with longer durations, where the monthly price is already lower.

Who is eligible

The offer is for former UbiFi home broadband customers whose connection is no longer active. Your previous account ID or registered mobile number helps us verify eligibility quickly. Availability can vary by city, so our team will confirm the exact benefit for your address.

How to claim it

1. Fill in the interest form on the Purple+ page and mention that you are a returning customer.
2. Share your old account ID or the mobile number registered with your previous connection.
3. Our team checks eligibility, fiber availability and your preferred plan.
4. Pay for your chosen duration and we reconnect — often on your existing fiber line.

Why reconnection is often quick

The fiber drop to your home usually remains in place after disconnection. In many cases we only need to reactivate your port and provide or reconfigure a router, so you can be back online within a day or two.

What has improved since you left

Purple+ now includes 17 OTT apps such as Amazon Prime Lite, JioHotstar, SonyLIV, Lionsgate Play and FanCode, all with truly unlimited data and speeds up to 300 Mbps. If you want live TV too, you can choose Purple MAX instead.

Moved to a new address?

You can still come back. Share your new address and we will check fiber availability there. If we can serve the new home, the returning-customer benefit can still apply.
