Purple MAX Explained: Internet, OTT, TV and Calls in One Plan

Purple MAX is UbiFi's complete home plan. It brings four services — fiber internet, streaming apps, live television and a home phone — into one connection and one bill. Here is what each part includes and how it comes together.

1. Truly unlimited fiber up to 500 Mbps

Choose 100, 200, 300 or 500 Mbps with no FUP limit. The 100 Mbps starting point ensures that live TV, multiple streams, video calls and phones can all run at the same time without slowing each other down.

2. 23 OTT apps

MAX includes everything in Purple+ — Amazon Prime Lite, JioHotstar, SonyLIV, Lionsgate Play, FanCode, Chaupal, Stage and more — plus ZEE5, Sun NXT, ShemarooMe, Hungama Play, aha and Epic ON. The extra apps add Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and classic Bollywood content.

3. 350+ live TV channels

Watch news, entertainment, sports, movies, kids, music, devotional and regional channels through IPTV over your fiber line, or DTH where that suits your home better. IPTV adds an electronic programme guide and catch-up on supported channels.

4. Unlimited landline calls

A fiber-based home phone with unlimited local and STD calls within India. It gives the household a stable number and clear calls in every room, even where mobile signal is weak.

How installation works

An engineer installs the fiber connection, Wi-Fi router, IPTV set-top box and landline in one visit. OTT apps are activated on your registered mobile number, usually within hours.

Who Purple MAX is for

• Joint families where elders love live TV and younger members prefer apps
• Homes replacing separate cable/DTH, OTT and landline bills
• Large, highly connected households that need higher speeds

Durations and pricing

Like all UbiFi plans, MAX is available on 3, 6, 9 and 12-month durations, with the lowest monthly equivalent price on 12 months.

The bottom line

Purple MAX is the simplest way to cover every entertainment and communication need at home. One connection, one bill and every family member's favourite way of watching — all on fiber.
