Sign in to your account
Your UbiFi account shows your current plan, renewal date and a Rewards section with credits, referrals and offers.
Referral status
Referrals you have made appear as pending until the new connection is installed, active and paid. Once confirmed, the referral bonus is added to your account and applied at your next renewal.
Loyalty benefits
Loyalty perks such as speed boosts or extra validity show their start and end dates. Some are applied automatically; others may need activation.
Partner offers
Coupons and partner offers appear with their validity and redemption instructions.
When rewards are applied
Most plan benefits are applied automatically at your next renewal. If a benefit requires action, you will see instructions in your account.
