How to Reactivate a Suspended Connection

UbiFi plans are prepaid, so if a renewal is not paid by the due date, the connection may be suspended until payment is received. It happens to everyone occasionally — a busy week, a changed card or a missed reminder. Restoring service is quick.

Step 1: Pay the renewal

Use the Pay Bill or Recharge links at the top of every page on our website, or your UbiFi account. Choose your plan duration — this is also a good moment to consider a longer plan with a lower monthly equivalent price.

Step 2: Wait a few minutes

Once payment is confirmed, service is usually restored automatically within minutes. You do not need to call support in most cases.

Step 3: Restart if needed

If the internet does not return within 15 minutes, restart your router and fiber terminal by switching them off for 30 seconds and back on.

Contact support with your account ID and payment reference. Our team will check the status and restore service.

• Choose a longer duration. Fewer renewals mean fewer chances to forget.
• Keep contact details updated. Renewal reminders go to your registered email and mobile number.
