Two to four weeks before

• Update address details with suppliers, banks and listings.

Final week

• Test every data point, Wi-Fi coverage and phone extension.
• Confirm failover to the backup link works.
• Prepare a floor plan and quick guide for staff.
• Schedule IT support on move day.

Move day and after

• Connect desks, check applications and resolve issues quickly.
• Collect feedback on Wi-Fi coverage and adjust if needed.
• Cancel services at the old office only after everything works.
• Remove and securely dispose of old equipment and data.
